This page exists so the site has no dead links and so the
real-money-trading position is written down somewhere. It is not a
complete or enforceable agreement, and a lawyer has not seen it.
Replace it before the game accepts a single real account.

Real-money trading
Tillhaven does not implement, host, facilitate, process, or take a cut of any real-money trading between players. There is no escrow for cash, no currency-for-cash listing, and no integration built toward one.
If you arrange to buy or sell in-game items or currency for real money outside the game, you do so entirely at your own risk. We are not a party to it, we will not mediate it, and we cannot recover items or money lost to it. In-game trades are logged and auditable, which is what lets us investigate a report — but that log does not make an off-platform cash arrangement our responsibility.
Your account
One farm per account. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Accounts found to be automated at a scale that damages the shared economy may be limited or closed.
VIP purchases
VIP is a single one-time payment granting 30 days of benefits. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing bills you again, and there is no stored card to cancel. Refunds and chargebacks revoke VIP and flag the account.
